V. Randolph Brown Consulting (VRBC) is a minority-owned consultancy established in October 2012. The principal founder, Vincent Randolph Brown, was one of the original founders of Global Novations, a full-service human capital and talent optimization firm which counted Goldman Sachs as an investor. The firm was subsequently acquired by Korn/Ferry International in September 2012.

VRBC provides strategic consulting, advisory, education and training services on a variety of current business, leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) topics for corporate and not-for-profit clients as well as consulting and marketing support to thriving small business enterprises.

Our mission is to partner with leading organizations to provide premier education, consultation, and coaching services focused on diversity, equity, inclusion plus belonging (DEI+B) to accelerate and optimize individual and organizational performance resulting in measurable outcomes and sustainable impact.

Our vision is to be a catalyst that ensures diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embraced, practiced, leveraged and operationalized with individuals, teams, organizations, and throughout communities in the world.
